WP1 Youth Symposium on Historical Narratives and Human Rights Presentation

This is a presentation by Dr. Agnieszka Gawlas Zajączkowska from the Jagiellonian University in Poland. Her presentation was a part of the event in Strasbourg, and provides basic information on the project’s goals. It highlights the importance of education about the Holocaust in our society. Furthermore, it also touches upon education about the fate of specific social groups that were discriminated against during the Holocaust, in the context of understanding the importance of human rights. We highlight the role young people play in the process of remembrance.
