The Advocacy Training & Resource Centre (ATRC) presents in this webinar, their initiatives to combat hate speech through their work in Youth Digital Engagement for Combating Hate Speech and Incitement in Kosovo. They show how the government regulates hate speech and who is affected most in their community. They share the impactful effects on youth too. In addition, there’s the introduction to a tool which measures the hate called a Hate O Meter. It helps to collect data and analyse it based on incidents reported. We learn about solutions applied in Kosovo to reduce hate speech and educate the public.
